A task guide: the pages to use, in order.

Flow: create a read-only Sophos API credential, run the sync on Sophos Summary and Setup, link each Sophos organization to a Lavawall company, then review unlicensed computers, open cases, high-severity alerts and offline firewalls.

Steps

  1. Open Sophos Summary / Setup. Click Show Instructions and pick Partner or direct customer
  2. Create a read-only API credential in Sophos Central. Service Principal ReadOnly role; copy Client ID and Secret
  3. Paste the keys and click Run Sync. Watch the progress bars; the page reloads when done
  4. Link each organization to a company. Linked Lavawall Co. drop-down; hide tenants you do not need
  5. Find unlicensed computers. Licensed: No, then Apply
  6. Check cases that need action. Status: action required; review the Verdict
  7. Review critical and high alerts. Severity: critical, high
  8. Confirm every firewall is online. Online: No shows any that are down
