Multi-tenant for simple or complex MSP teams
Lavawall® was built by MSPs for MSPs. This extends to the way it manages Lavawall® users.If you have Super Admin or permissions, you will see Users in the Me section at the bottom of the left side navigation menu.
From there, you can see all of your users, including key security details.
Authentication Methods
From the beginning, you likely noticed that Lavawall® follows Minimum Viable Secure Product principles and encourages you to use Single Sign-On (SSO) to login.It also includes passkeys and MFA by default.
For us, passwords are optional and discouraged. If you set a password, you can disable it in favour of passkeys or SSO.
To encourage this, when reviewing Lavawall® users, we highlight less secure options in red.
Add Users
To add a user, just click Add User at the top. This will bring you to a page where you can add a user to any of the tenant companies or your main MSP company, which will have access to the child companies.This way, you can let your clients view their data, get instant access to reports, or co-manage your tenant without the ability to change users.
