Agentic AI
See which AI coding assistants and agent tools are on your managed Windows computers, which folders they can reach, and which set-ups need a second look.
What the page is for
Agentic AI is a page in the Lavawall® console, in the Devices area. Lavawall is the RMM, security, and compliance platform from ThreeShield, built and hosted in Canada. About this feature.
It lists the AI coding assistants and agent tools found on your managed Windows computers: code editors, command-line assistants, desktop apps, editor extensions and local AI model apps. For each one you can see the folders it was given access to, the connected tools it uses, and when it was last active.
Use it to answer the questions insurers, auditors and your own AI use policy now ask: which AI tools are on which computers, and what can they reach?
What you see
- Search, AI agent (a searchable list; choose All AI agents to clear it), Computer (All computers) and Show (Everything, Installed, Needing attention or Running now). They combine with each other.
- The table: Computer (opens that computer's page in a new tab), AI agent, Type (Command line, Code editor, Desktop app, Editor extension, Local AI models or Other), Status (Installed, Configuration only or Project files only, with a Running badge), Version, Users, Folders, Connected tools, Attention, Last active and Last seen. Select a column heading to sort.
- Attention badges mark set-ups worth a second look: Runs without asking permission, Any shell command pre-approved, Never asks before acting and Unrestricted file access.
- When you view all your clients together, an Organization column comes first.
- A line under the filters says how many rows are shown. Show more loads the next rows.
How to use the Agentic AI report
How to find every computer with a given AI tool
- Open Agentic AI in the Devices section of the menu.
- In AI agent, type the tool's name and pick it.
- Read the Computer column. Click a computer's name to open its page in a new tab.
How to find set-ups that need attention
- In Show, choose Needing attention.
- Read the Attention badges to see what each tool is set up to do without asking.
- Talk with the person who uses the computer and tighten the tool's permission settings. Lavawall shows these tools; it does not block or change them.
How to see what a tool can reach
- Look at Folders and Connected tools for the tool on each computer.
- Click the computer's name, then open its AI agents tab to see the folders, connected tools, settings and recent activity (see Device Detail).
Tips
- New results appear a few minutes after a computer next connects. Times show in your local time.
- The same information is on the AI agents on computers card in SaaS Discovery, which also groups it by tool.
- The list of tools Lavawall recognizes grows over time, so do not treat it as complete.
Troubleshooting
- "SaaS App Discovery is switched off for this organization. Turn it on to see AI agents found on computers."
- Turn on SaaS Discovery for the organization. See SaaS Discovery.
- "This report has not been set up yet. Nothing has been collected."
- Nothing has been reported for this console yet. Try again later, or contact support.
- "Nothing found for the current filters."
- Clear the search and set AI agent, Computer and Show back to their first choices.
- "Only the first rows are shown. Narrow the filters to see the rest."
- Use the filters, or Show more, to reach the remaining rows.
- A computer is missing.
- Only managed Windows computers that have reported in with a current Lavawall agent are listed. Computers that are removed or hidden in Lavawall are not. Mac and Linux computers, and AI websites used in a browser, are not covered.
- "Could not load the report."
- Reload the page. If it persists, contact support.
